Ⅰ類(lèi)紙箱的物理性能檢測(cè)項(xiàng)目主要有內(nèi)裝物質(zhì)量、綜合尺寸、瓦楞板更小綜合定量、更小耐破強(qiáng)度、更小戳穿強(qiáng)度、更小邊壓強(qiáng)度。瓦楞紙芯定量不應(yīng)該小于127g/㎡。雙瓦楞紙箱，楞型應(yīng)該為A-A型，三瓦楞紙箱楞型應(yīng)該為C-A-A型或A-A-A型。如果是防水紙箱，則紙板更外層應(yīng)該涂有防水樹(shù)脂的防水紙板。

Ⅱ類(lèi)紙箱物理性能檢測(cè)要求符合GB/T6544 規(guī)定的D-1.5以上的雙瓦楞紙板或T-1.2以上的三瓦楞紙板。Ⅱ類(lèi)紙箱檢測(cè)要求比較多，如紙箱的加強(qiáng)材料、尺寸與公差、壓痕、開(kāi)槽與裁切刀口質(zhì)量、手挽孔或提手質(zhì)量、搖蓋質(zhì)量、釘合質(zhì)量、粘合質(zhì)量、抗壓能力、機(jī)械沖擊能能、防潮、防火性能等等都需要滿(mǎn)足其規(guī)定。
